We are looking for volunteers to help us with our new program Caring Friends!
We are looking for community members as well as those who work for various senior care agencies in our area!
Volunteers don't have to have experience or training in cognitive decline to serve!

Friends Gathering Respite Care is the foundation for all the programs supporting dementia at Christ Church. The program offers a time of relief for caregivers of loved ones with dementia or other debilitating disease while providing social, emotional, physical, and spiritual nourishment for their loved ones.
The program is offered on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month from 10:00am to 1:00pm

Caregiver support group
Caregiver Support Group provides a safe atmosphere where caregivers can share what they are struggling with while sharing resources and support for each other.
This program meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month from 10:30am to 12:00pm.

Sip and chat with friends
Sip and Chat with Friends is a coffee social enjoyed by the caregivers and their care recipients as well as anyone that wishes to attend.
This group meets on the 1st Tuesday of every month from 10:00 to 11:30am.
